This hotel really impressed me with its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location in the commercial district of Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home during my stay. I loved that the rooms had a kitchenette, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Not a single thing could be improved.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Very close to shopping, as well as the mtr and the street location is fantastic for a variety of restaurants.
Rooms are very small, but perfectly adequate. The bed was hard, but we were happy with that. The kitchenette facilities required a little extra in the way of utensils and crockery, otherwise useful.

This hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui is a hidden gem. The prices are extremely reasonable and offer great value for money. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. I especially loved the room with a bath tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast spread is delicious and has a wide variety of options to choose from.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

Good location, just a few minutes from Canton Road and MTR Station. Very clean.
We had troubles with room equipment, In our room was half-broken cooker (work just one heating circle from two) and air conditioner (half buttons on remote didn't work). There was no kitchen table and just one chair in double room. Room is not so large as you can conclude from the pictures, so we had a few bruises from TV and kitchen doors. Little bit noisy restaurant in front of hotel.

the location is great, a lot of good restaurants and supermarkets which is a plus when you have kids, because you'll never know when they'll get hungry. hotel staffs are very helpful.
bed is a little bit hard, but you'll get used to it after the first night, housekeeping is not cleaning everyday, they change the towels and throw out trash but it seems like they didn't change the linens for the whole duration of our stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of a bustling commercial district. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and an array of restaurants and convenience stores right at my doorstep. The hotel even provided a handy mobile phone with free internet and international calling, ensuring that I was always connected to family and friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a bathtub for the children to play in. The value for money was excellent, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations in every way.

Great location! Walking distance to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR, Avanue of Star, Kowloon Park, Space Musuem, Art Musuem and malls. Great basic amenities with induction cooker, microwave oven.. We can warm our food for babies or cook our own instant noodles! Joey being a good hostess!
Room service! Seems like "make up room" for Citadines Ashley is only clearing rubbish & putting back the blanket. No floor cleaning. Toilet run out of water for 2 days. The reason given: Full house?? The night shift staff at the front desk is not friendly at all.

Great location, just minutes away from everything you need. We stayed 7 nights and asked for a high floor apartment so we had a partial view on the íity and the see.
I can confirm the bed is sort of hard, but you can adjust after the second night.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry pier and transportation options in this city, making it a breeze to explore all the nearby sights like the avenue of stars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, speaking excellent English and always ready to assist us with directions or recommendations. Excellent location for our first visit to Hong Kong - easy walking distance to Nathan Rd, Star Ferry Terminal and train station. Apartment contained all we needed for a 3 day stay but would also be suitable for longer visit - cooking facilities, etc. Staff were excellent - couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating! Very impressed.

It is very conveniently located. Endless choices of different cuisines, shopping and public transportation.
The frontage was boarded up for renovation work (we first thought that it was vandalism). 'Citadines' was not properly lit up and lastly, the club opposite was rather noisy right up till 4am every night.

Great location with easy access to transportation, shopping, and food options. Clean rooms and daily cleaning service. Coffee shop on the fifth floor with delicious toast and waffles. Helpful staff and convenient amenities like free WIFI and a HANDY phone for internet and local calls
Don't have any issues at all.

Thank you for changing our room after the air conditioner died
but we did not appreciate that the person in charge at night told us to ring you back in the morning without giving us a choice of another room or a fan while the weather was getting hotter during the night.

The staff, especially Joey Cheung, Sandra and the rest. They were absolutely wonderfull and always ready to help us when we needed it. Joey went out of her way to assist us with anything we needed. Thanks Joey and wish you the best with your pregnancy.
One thing i would like to be negative about is the cleaning staff, who was unable to understand us however we got by.
